Purpose of data collection
Your data is collected and stored solely for the purpose of assessing your suitability for nursing training in Germany and for possible placement with German hospital groups and care services.

Disclosure of data
As part of the placement process, your anonymised or — by prior agreement — complete Bewerberdossiers are forwarded to potential training clinics in Germany. Disclosure to uninvolved third parties does not take place at any point.

Retention period and withdrawal
Your data remains stored for the duration of the selection and placement procedure for the 2027 training start. You have the right at any time to request information about the data stored about you, to have it corrected, or to demand its deletion with immediate effect. Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20), and the right to withdraw a consent you have given at any time (Art. 7(3)). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out up to that point.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

Appointment requests from institutions
When you request a first conversation through the appointment form, we send your details — institution, name, role, email address, telephone number, preferred form of conversation, number of trainees sought, your message and the chosen slot — by email to our mailbox and nowhere else. None of it is stored on this website. Your time zone is determined in your browser so that the slots can be shown in your local time, and it travels with the request so that our confirmation can name both times.
