Send us your CV, your Abitur certificate and your current language certificate (B1 or above). We answer within 7 days.

  • If you have them: certificates for internships in a hospital, references from employers or from earlier training.
  • If you have it: a B2 certificate as proof of your German. You may also apply with a B1 certificate, but you must send us the B2 certificate before your training begins. Without the B2 certificate you cannot start your training.
  • For the one-year training as a Pflegehelferin or Pflegehelfer you also need a certificate for a two-week nursing internship in a hospital. You have until the start of training to send it to us.

We collect only what we need in order to assess your eligibility. Your documents are not kept on our server: they are passed straight to our mailbox.

    Purpose of data collection

    Your data is collected and stored solely for the purpose of assessing your suitability for nursing training in Germany and for possible placement with German hospital groups and care services.

    Disclosure of data

    As part of the placement process, your anonymised or — by prior agreement — complete Bewerberdossiers are forwarded to potential training clinics in Germany. Disclosure to uninvolved third parties does not take place at any point.

    Retention period and withdrawal

    Your data remains stored for the duration of the selection and placement procedure for the 2027 training start. You have the right at any time to request information about the data stored about you, to have it corrected, or to demand its deletion with immediate effect.     Your rights under the GDPR

    You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20), and the right to withdraw a consent you have given at any time (Art. 7(3)). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out up to that point.

    Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

    You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data. The authority competent for our registered seat is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen.

    Language setting on this website

    This website preselects your language from your browser’s language setting. If you switch language yourself, that choice is stored only locally in your browser so that it is kept for your next visit. No personal data is transmitted to us or to third parties in the process, and no location data is evaluated.

    Appointment requests from institutions

    When you request a first conversation through the appointment form, we send your details — institution, name, role, email address, telephone number, preferred form of conversation, number of trainees sought, your message and the chosen slot — by email to our mailbox and nowhere else. None of it is stored on this website. Your time zone is determined in your browser so that the slots can be shown in your local time, and it travels with the request so that our confirmation can name both times.
